Policies, Terms and Conditions

1. A two night minimum reservation is required for weekend stays (Friday and Saturday nights). A $25 charge will be added for a one night weekend stay.
2. Reservations can be guaranteed by credit card. On the date of your arrival, the total amount will be due. The credit card on file will be charged unless you have made prior arrangements.
3. Room rates are for one or two people in a room.  An additional $25 will be charged for each additional guest in a room
4. Check-in time is 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Early check-in is acceptable with prior arrangements.
5. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
6. No pets allowed
7. No smoking allowed. There is a $250 smoking penalty if smoking occurs inside the house.

9. Room rates do not include city and state taxes of 13%
10. 10% discount for military personnel with proper ID.
11. 10% discount for law enforcement with proper ID.
12. A $200 deposit is required to book the entire house which will be forfeited upon cancellation of the reservation.
13. Use of the house is for room guests only. If you are interested in hosting an event for 50 guests or less, an additional fee will be charged. Please check with the manager for pricing.
14. Under no condition may any furniture, carpet, wall hangings, etc. be moved. Movement of any of the household items will result in a $500 fine.

 

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation of your reservation must be made seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to cancel in a timely manner or a no-show will result in charges for the full amount if we are unable to rent the room.
